At Q-Link Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
